Premier Tech Chronos, a global leader in packaging equipment, has announced the acquisition of Almeida Martins.
Almeida Martins is a Brazilian based company founded in 1993 dedicated to helping companies with material handling and robotic solutions. Almeida Martins’ advanced technologies and machine capabilities are now used by more than 800 companies in Brazil.
The acquisition is intended to improve Premier Tech Chronos capabilities to better serve global accounts in Brazil and reinforce the brand recognition.
