FRAMINGHAM, Mass. – Peerless Media is seeking speakers and session abstracts for the 2024 Robotics Applications Conference, presented by Robotics 24/7. The third-annual virtual event will be held on July 31 and represents an opportunity for end users to share perspectives on how to overcome operational challenges by evaluating, deploying and managing robots and automation across a variety of industrial mediums.

User stories shared at RAC ’23
The 2023 Robotics Applications Conference featured sessions on the following topics:
- Automation for order fulfillment
- Mobile robots for goods-to-person
- Automated piece picking operations
- Collaborative robots with machine vision
- Pallet handling with automated lift trucks
- AI as a tool to improve robot functionality
RAC ’23 presenters included integrators and end users such as Brightpick, InOrbit, the Mayo Clinic, Netrush, RightHand Robotics, Staples, SVT Robotics, and Vanderlande.
Representatives from leading global companies attended, including Amazon, DHL Supply Chain, FedEx, General Electric, GXO Logistics, Moderna, Siemens, Target, Toyota, and UPS.
In addition, the 2023 keynote session focused on how clothing provider Ariat International reimagined its operations by automating its warehouses. Matthew S. Hardenberg, vice president of distribution for Ariat International, was joined by John Santagate, vice president of robotics for Körber Supply Chain Software, and Randy Randolph, vice president of channels & partnerships at Geekplus America.
This year’s event will highlight new developments in these applications and more.
How to speak at the 2024 Robotics Applications Conference
For RAC’ 24, Peerless Media is looking for submissions from robot and automation system users, integrators, industry analysts and suppliers who can discuss real-world challenges and opportunities.
“This event is an incredible opportunity for robotics operators, vendors, thought leaders, integrators and users to have integral conversations with each other about their deployments,” Culverhouse said. “We’re looking to further explore robotics opportunities in industrial settings, and how robots have just scratched their true potential in warehouses, manufacturing, logistics, supply chains and more.”
Presenters will work with Robotics 24/7’s editorial team to prepare roundtable discussions and answer audience questions. Proposed session topics for RAC’ 24 include:

- Cobots/collaborative robotics
- Autonomous vehicles
- Machine vision and object detection
