Anscer Robotics enters U.S. warehouse AMR, lift truck market

Mark Messina brings over 25 years of experience from leadership roles at Kiva Systems, Amazon Robotics, Addverb Technologies, and Geekplus to his new role with Anscer.

India-based autonomous mobile robots (AMR) and autonomous lift truck provider Anscer Robotics recently announced its entry into the U.S. market, opening its local headquarters in Austin, Texas.

Anscer appointed Mark Messina as managing director & CEO, Americas. Messina will guide Anscer’s U.S. expansion, helping to bring its safety-driven automation systems to industries such manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, retail, food & beverage, and third-party logistics (3PL).

“Mark’s leadership strengthens our commitment to global expansion and customer-driven innovation,” said Ribin Mathew, Anscer Robotics founder & CEO. “His experience and vision will accelerate Anscer’s growth.”

Messina brings experience from Kiva, Addverb, Geekplus

With more than 25 years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, and operations, Messina has helped shape the autonomous robotics industry. In leadership roles at Kiva Systems, Amazon Robotics, Addverb Technologies, and Geekplus he oversaw the development and adoption of automated guided vehicles (AGVs) and AMRs worldwide.

Anscer said Messina’s appointment underscores its commitment to safety-driven automation, ensuring that human-machine collaboration is at the heart of its technology.

“Our solutions are designed to empower industries while prioritizing safety, efficiency, and productivity,” Messina said. “I’m thrilled to lead Anscer’s expansion in the U.S.”

Messina will lead Anscer’s go-to-market strategy, business development, partnerships, and customer success, ensuring that enterprises have an opportunity to benefit from the company’s intelligent, scalable robotics systems that can drive efficiency, cost reduction, and long-term growth.

Anscer raises funds, shows off robots at LogiMAT Mumbai

As a homegrown company from India, Anscer Robotics said it is committed to redefining the global robotics landscape, recently announcing funding from early-stage focused venture capital firm, InfoEdge Ventures.

Anscer said it is committed to providing safety, ergonomics, and ease of use through its products, helping to enhance productivity and operational sustainability.

As Industry 4.0 accelerates, Anscer Robotics aims to ensure its autonomous systems can seamlessly integrate with existing infrastructures.

Anscer Robotics also recently exhibited at LogiMAT Mumbai, which was held Feb. 13-15.
