With experience scaling frontier-technology startups, he leads teams developing breakthrough dynamic safety for robotics systems. Amir focuses on operational excellence, strategic partnerships, and deploying real-world AI that transforms industries.
Aaron helps companies, governments, and organizations understand how to use robots safely and effectively. Before this work, he spent many years at FedEx building and deploying robot applications into real operations. Today, he focuses on making sure new robot technologies are safe, reliable, and ready for everyday use in industrial and public spaces.
Bob Trebilcock is an emeritus editor at Peerless Media, where he previously served as the editorial director of Supply Chain Management Review, the executive editor of Modern Materials Handling and launched the NextGen Supply Chain Conference. Trebilcock began his supply chain career working in his family's industrial packaging business. He has been writing about the industry since 1984. His coverage focused on automation and emerging technologies, including supply chain software and robotics.
Youngmok “Mok” Yun is the Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of Contoro Robotics, an Austin-based company developing advanced robotic systems for warehouse automation. He previously founded and led Harmonic Bionics, where he oversaw the development of clinically deployed human–robot interaction technologies. Youngmok holds a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin and has extensive experience in robotics, motion control, and product development, with a focus on bringing practical, AI-driven automation solutions to industrial environments.
Nikhil Ramaswamy is a Co-Founder at CynLr. He leads investments, partnerships, and go-to-market for CynLr’s push toward Object Intelligence and Universal Factories enabled by foundational perception layers in vision, grasping and multi-arm manipulation. Before CynLr, he managed key accounts at National Instruments (now Emerson) for GE, Bosch, Honeywell, and Intel. His work centres on translating real factory problems into deployable sentient and adaptable robots that handle variation as a default, not as an exception.
Dwight Klappich is a 25-year veteran of Gartner Inc. A leading authority on supply chain technology, Dwight launched Gartner’s intralogistics smart robot research coverage and pioneered the concept of multi-agent orchestration platforms - software architectures that enable diverse robot fleets to operate as unified systems. Dwight now serves as Principal at DK Advascent.
John Santagate is a supply chain and robotics executive and founder and principal consultant at EMP Advisors. He guides enterprise operators and technology providers on warehouse automation, data-driven operations, and go-to-market strategy. A former SVP of Global Robotics, he brings a dual perspective across end-user needs and executive-level innovation.
Saurabh Gupta is Chief Technology Officer at GreyOrange, leading the company’s global engineering and product teams, driving the innovation behind the world’s leading AI-driven orchestration platform, GreyMatter. Saurabh is a distinguished technology leader with a track record of steering iconic products from concept to mass production. Erik Nieves is co-founder and CEO of Plus One Robotics, an AI software company developing robots for warehouse automation. Prior to Plus One, Erik was Director for Yaskawa Motoman Robotics where he was responsible for the technology roadmap and emerging applications. During his 25+ year tenure at Yaskawa, Erik held a variety of leadership positions in the U.S. and abroad. Erik serves on the board of directors of the Association for Advancing Automation (A3) and is a frequent speaker and contributor to public policy on robotics.
Anthony Jules is Co-founder and CEO of Robust.AI, where he pioneers collaborative mobility in robotics. A 30-year technology veteran, Anthony brings deep expertise in robotics, AI, and machine learning, grounded in his belief that complex problems require human-centered, multidisciplinary solutions. He previously led product teams at Google Robotics and X, including on the Everyday Robot project, having joined through its acquisition of Redwood Robotics. Earlier, he was part of the founding team of Sapient Corporation (acquired by Publicis for $3.7B). Anthony holds a BSc. and MSc. in Computer Science from MIT.
Owen Nicholson has a background spanning the UK Ministry of Defence, Dyson, and Imperial College London, specialising in deep-tech innovation, product delivery, and IP strategy. He pioneers technologies that translate cutting-edge research into real-world, spatially intelligent products, has led four funding rounds raising $40M for Slamcore, and remains focused on turning advanced research into impactful technology.
Mike Futch is the CEO, President and co-founder of Tompkins Robotics. He has led the firm’s design, IP and growth to be North America’s leading robotic sortation and order fulfillment system. Futch oversees the day-to-day operations and drives much of the new development, product roadmap, and integration with partners, solving unique problems with complimentary robotic automation.
