ProMat 2025: Deposco expands AI-powered WMS integration capabilities

Deposco

Deposco has defined pre-configured integrations with over a dozen material handling systems, including ASRS, cobots, and AGVs from companies including AutoStore and Locus.

AI-powered supply chain software systems provider Deposco recently unveiled advances in its warehouse management system (WMS) alongside expanded platform integrations with material handling equipment at ProMat 2025. The trade show was held March 17-20 in Chicago, Ill.

Deposco said these updates underline its commitment to delivering high-impact core functionality, robust automation readiness, and real-time supply chain intelligence to help businesses navigate increasing complexities in their supply chains.

“Simplifying complexity for our customers is at the heart of everything we do,” said Mark Joseph, Deposco SVP of product. “By strengthening our WMS, expanding integrations with emerging automation technologies, and enabling intelligent, data-driven insights through SCI [supply chain intelligence], we’re empowering supply chain leaders to unlock game-changing efficiencies while positioning their businesses for the future.”

Integration with ASRS, cobots, AGVs

Deposco's latest WMS release introduces order fulfillment profiles, providing capabilities to group, batch, and strategically allocate orders prior to pick wave release - which the company said can reduce backorders while creating more intuitive workflows

The release also features directed putaway intelligence that can minimize warehouse travel distances, optimize space utilization, and provide exception management. Deposco said these features reflect its ongoing commitment to anticipatory, guided fulfillment systems that can elevate operational excellence across the supply chain.

To help customers adapt to accelerating warehouse automation trends, Deposco has defined pre-configured integrations with over a dozen material handling systems, including automated storage and retrieval systems (ASRS), cobots, and automated guided vehicles (AGVs). This approach can help ensure streamlined pilot testing, accurate ROI determination, and fast expansion of material handling equipment for those looking to increase order processing capacity.

Deposco said its customers are reaching exceptionally high throughput, processing hundreds of thousands of picks each week, using various commercial robotics providers like AutoStore and Locus Robotics.

AI-powered analytics to improve supply chain decision making

Deposco has extended the power of its end-to-end optimization platform with supply chain intelligence shipping and executive intelligence systems, which provide real-time, data-driven insights across critical supply chain functions. The company’s supply chain intelligence embedded AI capabilities can help businesses achieve:

  • Shipping optimization: Identify immediate cost-savings opportunities and reduce freight spend - often by up to 5% - through intelligent carrier performance benchmarking and data-driven routing recommendations.
  • Root cause analysis: Spot inefficiencies in the order-to-ship cycle, such as misplaced inventory or suboptimal routing, and resolve issues before they erode margins or damage customer satisfaction.
  • Proactive decision making: Leverage analytics to make informed changes - whether that’s reorganizing warehouse layouts or reevaluating carrier partnerships - that deliver sustainable growth.
