Universal Robots is reinventing industrial robotics with lightweight, flexible robot arms called Cobots or collaborative robots. Tasks previously thought impossible to automate due to cost and complexity, are now achievable with the user-friendly robotic arms named for their payload in kilograms. The UR3, UR5 and UR10 all feature 0.1 mm repeatability and span in reach from 19.7” in to 51.2”. Operators can program and operate UR cobots simply by moving the robotic arms to desired way-points or using the patented touch-screen tablet.
