ARPAC, a leading OEM integrator of end-of-line packaging solutions, has announced the acquisition of Lambert (formerly Lamson) Material Handling.

“What ARPAC offers is unique within the industry- the most comprehensive and complete product offering and unparalleled aftermarket support and services, within a single manufacturing operation and under one management team,” noted Rick Allegretti, President and CEO of ARPAC. “The acquisition of Lambert builds on our commitment to industry excellence and dedication to identifying and delivering what our customers want, complete end-of-line OEM integration.

“We look forward to the strong synergy which will be a direct result of incorporating our complementary product line within ARPAC’s unmatched one stop solution,” said Bob Manion, President, Lambert Material Handling. “It’s a win-win for all of our customers, employees and the industry.”
