Locus Robotics surpassed five billion picks at customer deployments, 24 weeks after eclipsing four billion.
Locus Robotics, a global provider of AI-driven, mobile warehouse automation, announced it has surpassed the five billion units picked milestone across its global customer deployments.
Locus achieved this milestone 24 weeks after reaching its 4 billionth pick in October 2024. The company said this acceleration highlights the transformative impact of Locus’s mobile automation technology and the growing urgency among global brands to modernize their fulfillment operations to deliver consistent high productivity.
Locus Robotics has expanded from one billion unit picks to five billion in 2.5 years. The company highlighted its previous pick-rate milestones:

This announcement comes on the heels of the company’s unveiling of the Locus Array system at both ProMat in Chicago and LogiMAT in Stuttgart in March 2025. Locus said that Array is designed for high-volume, high-throughput fulfillment environments, offering new levels of flexibility and scalability for customers managing increasingly complex logistics demands.
