Developing its partner ecosystem, laser metal 3D printer manufacturer Meltio announced 3D Solution, a division of Bräuer Group, as its official German sales partner.

Laser metal 3D printing technology manufacturer Meltio recently announced a sales partnership with 3D Solution. Meltio said 3D Solution is going to play a key role in the distribution and support of its laser metal deposition systems in the German market as an official sales and integration partner.

3D Solution is a new division of the Bräuer Group and will focus on wire-laser metal 3D printing and 3D offline simulation. 3D Solution will focus on building a supportive ecosystem for Meltio’s technology in the German territory, partnering and driving business opportunities alongside technology centers, tooling machine companies, robotic integrators, academia, and industry.

“We are excited about this partnership with Meltio to open up new possibilities in the clean 3D production of metal parts,” said Thomas Bräuer, Bräuer Group welding engineer, “The Meltio Engine integrated with our KUKA robots makes it possible to achieve geometry freedom as well as free us from size constraints.”

M600 metal 3D printer designed to make large metal parts

Meltio offers a metal 3D printing system that equips industrial applications with a process built around welding wire metal feedstock. The company just presented its latest product, the Meltio M600 metal 3D printer for printing large metal parts, which Meltio said it has tailored to meet the needs of industrial manufacturing with 24/7 production cycles.

3D Solution and Bräuer Group managers were present in Linares, Spain in March 2024 at the worldwide announcement of the new Meltio M600 metal 3D printer, where they were able to see and test the new industrial system.

“This collaboration between us serves as a great indicator of how Meltio’s partner ecosystem and our unique wire-laser metal 3D printing technology for industries is evolving in Germany,” said Moisés Moza Sánchez, Meltio sales manager in the DACH region. “As well as by leveraging 3D Solution knowledge, we will be able to further develop the adoption of Meltio unique wire-laser metal additive manufacturing for different industries and reliable applications.”
