ITT Inc.’s Enidine and Compact Automation Products brands will showcase their portfolios of reliable, customized motion control technologies and upgraded product customization software at booth #N6151 during ProMat 2025.

The trade show will be held March 17-20 at the McCormick Place Convention Center in Chicago, Ill.

Safety and reliability for material handling, automation applications

ITT said Enidine and Compact Automation Products will demonstrate how their products deliver greater safety, reliability and uptime for material handling and automation applications, and how the brands’ enhanced product selection tools give customers access to customized technology.

“As our product portfolio continues to expand, we are eager to discuss the many benefits of our motion control, actuation components and sizing tools at ProMat 2025,” said Greg Herman, executive director, GM industrial, ITT Connect and Control Technologies. “We look forward to continuing to introduce new innovative products that improve safety, productivity and efficiency for a wide range of material handling and automation applications.”

Enidine offerings at ProMat 2025

At this year’s show, Enidine will showcase its broad product offerings including shock absorbers, rate controls, air springs, wire rope isolators and heavy industry buffers that serve global industrial end markets.

Additionally, the brand will highlight the latest release of its Enisize Product Sizing Software. This cloud-based offering enables customers to select and size multiple product models for highly unique applications. The platform has recently expanded to include custom-engineered sizing and configuration options for not only its standard shock absorbers, but also its rate controls and wire rope isolators.

Other Enidine products to be featured at ProMat 2025 will include:

  • Heavy-Duty (HD/HDN) Series shock absorber - The HD/HDN Series of heavy-duty shock absorbers are designed to protect both people and equipment from large impacts, while also increasing operating lifespan.
  • Platinum Extended Range (PXR) Series non-adjustable shock absorber - The PXR Series products feature a self-compensating, small package design that provides energy absorption in low velocity and high-drive force applications. According to Enidine, the series of shock absorbers is corrosion resistant and nickel-plated, with a larger piston button, five pre-defined extended damping performance options and multiple mounting thread options for robust application performance.
  • Corrosion Resistance Series (CRS) stainless steel shock absorbers - These adjustable and non-adjustable small bore shock absorbers provide an eco-friendly offering for various harsh environment industrial washdown applications with accessories in stainless steel and food-grade hydraulic fluid available upon request.

Compact Automation Products offerings at ProMat 2025

Compact produces highly configurable products that serve various industrial markets. The company said it has more standard options than any other actuation and air cylinder offering. Compact’s online configuration tools enable quick modification of standard products based on unique application requirements.

At ProMat 2025, the company will debut its new Round Line (RL) Interchange tool, which enables customers to select their current air cylinder manufacturer and be matched with a Compact Round Line Series compatible replacement part. The new RL Series configurator tool allows users to quickly select the product and customize options for their specific needs.

Compact will also feature the following products at this year’s show:

  • Round Line (RL) stainless steel cylinders - These small, configurable, low-maintenance cylinders for washdown and harsh environment applications feature a rolled body construction that provides increased reliability. A wide range of fully customizable models and options, along with multiple accessories, make it easy for end users to create the ideal cylinder for their needs.
  • Turn-Act Rotary Vane actuators - Turn-Act Rotary Vane actuators are comprised of a single moving part to produce rotary motion with zero backlash, 100% repeatability and continuous full torque. These pneumatic actuators feature infinite rotational adjustment, making them a smart choice for equipment manufacturers and facilities management.
  • Magnetic grippers – These pneumatically operated grippers incorporate a magnet to pick up ferromagnetic materials, such as iron or steel, with grip forces that range from 20 to 130 pounds. Ideal for feeders, separators and end-of-arm tooling, the grippers continue to hold items even with loss of operational air pressure for safer equipment operation.
