Spatial artificial intelligence (AI) systems provider Slamcore recently received the 2024 Top Tech Startup award. The award spotlights top software and technology startups in the supply chain and logistics space.
“Slamcore is a new entrant to the logistics and supply chain space, but we are seeing significant interest in our solution,” said Owen Nicholson, Slamcore founder and CEO. “The ability to retrofit spatial intelligence to manually driven vehicles and thus allow their location and routing to be managed as part of mixed fleets allows significant improvement in efficiency and safety of intralogistics.”
The award was presented by Food Logistics and Supply & Demand Chain Executive.
Slamcore Aware software uses specialized spatial AI to add localization and mapping capabilities to human-controlled warehouse vehicles and autonomous mobile robots (AMRs).
Slamcore was recognized as one of the leading technology startups in the supply chain and logistics automation market.

A majority of this year’s winners (49%) describe themselves as being in the AI category, with AI-powered automation coming in at No. 2 (47% vs. last year’s 46%). Slamcore said it is proud to be recognized with this award.
