Miso was founded on the idea of creating robots that eliminate dull, dirty and dangerous tasks in restaurant kitchens. Its name comes from the French term mise en place -- meaning, “everything in its place.”
Miso Robotics has combined machine learning, computer vision, data analytics, and robotics for commercial kitchens. It offers the Flippy frying robot, the CookRight grilling assistant, and the Sippy automated beverage dispenser.
