This week, Lightning eMotors and Perrone Robotics announced they are working together to offer Class 3 through 7 self-driving, electric fleet vehicles. The partnership combines Perrone’s autonomous vehicle platform with Lighting’s fleet of zero emission shuttle vehicles.
PIDC, which bills itself as “Philadelphia’s public-private economic development corporation” is the first customer to use a Lighting eMotors vehicle powered by Perrone Robotics’ autonomous vehicle technology.
