Warehouse enterprise software orchestrates the robots

It’s a delicate relationship between robots and humans in the warehouse. The orchestral dance of movements between the workforce and machines requires careful guidance from an array of hardware and software.

As robots collect huge swaths of data from their routes, it’s critical that this vast amount of information is carefully analyzed to optimize workflows and protect all the assets in the warehouse.

In this first Special Focus Issue of 2026, we’ll investigate the warehouse software suite, evaluating innovations of WCS, WES and WMS in conjunction with data collection methods via robot sensors.

We’ll evaluate the relationship between advanced technologies, such as artificial intelligence and simulation and warehouse automation to drive efficiency and optimize processes. And, we’ll dive into partnerships and collaborations between different software providers to expand customer opportunities within the warehouse space.

In this Special Focus Issue:

  • The brain of the warehouse: enMotion WES+ from enVista unifies intralogistics processes
  • How GreyOrange GreyMatter makes warehouse orchestration intelligent
  • AutoStore introduces new products, with AutoCase, FlexBins and Frozen-Only Grid
  • ...And more
