Allient said that its custom assembly capabilities highlight how frameless motors can be integrated into fully engineered, application-specific housings or actuators. Allient develops custom motors and assemblies when unique performance, packaging, or environmental requirements call for designs beyond standard offerings.

Allient will highlight a selection of technologies at Automate 2026, including:

  • Frameless torque motors and Axial flux motors for robotic and humanoid robotic platforms
    • Allient (Allied Motion) will be featuring the high torque ElectroFlux motors and other frameless motors from <25mm to > 300mm diameters with axial length down to 10mm. The portfolio includes:
      • SA Series Axial Flux motors
      • PerformeX Slotless DC motors & PerformeXG Slotless Gear motors
      • ElectroFlux Series
      • MegaFlux Series
  • Servo drives and motion control electronics demo
    • Allient is demoing its new IPC Controller, which will run multiple Pyxmos Servo Modules, driving stages that showcase Allient’s fully integrated ecosystem of motors, motion stages and controls. The demo includes:
      • AiC IPC Controller
      • Pyxmos Module Servo Drive & Pyxmos Rack Servo Drive Platform
      • Integrated Drives (HTE and HTB)
  • Precision motion stages demo
    • A wider range of precision motion stages, including linear, rotary, and multi‑axis platforms, each driven by Allient’s own rotary and linear motors, demonstrates the depth of its motion control capabilities. The demo includes:
      • ThruSight-Focus XYZ Stage & ThruSight-Theta Stage
      • 60x60 XY Stage
      • Standard Hybrid Hexapod

“We’re excited to be exhibiting at Automate 2026, where we will be showcasing our latest motion control and automation technologies,” said Robert Mastromattei, chief commercial officer & group president at Allient. “Automate provides a great opportunity to connect with customers and discuss how our technologies can support their applications.”
