Hypertherm Associates, a U.S.-based, associate-owned manufacturer of industrial cutting systems and software, showcased its Robotmaster 2024, the latest version of the company’s robotic programming software, at Automate 2024 in Chicago. 

Robotmaster is an offline robot programming and robot simulation software that allows task experts to program their robot quickly and easily from simple to complex tasks while maximizing the robot's capabilities. 

The updated software, Robotmaster 2024, addresses key market trends including support for sequential programming multiple robots in a single work cell and demand for single-click optimization and error resolution, according to the company. It includes improvements to the cell and tooling editor, as well as improvements to the user experience and UI to facilitate the programming experience.

Plus, it also helps reduce the time needed to program complex jobs for robotic cutting systems. Additionally, the new Auto Solve tool compliments Robotmaster's reputation as being intuitive and easy-to-use, enhancing user productivity and further lowering the need for robotic expertise, according to the company.
