Cimcorp will showcase its Dream Factory tire automation system at GPS 2025.
Cimcorp, a global provider of robotic handling technologies, will exhibit at the 2025 Global Polymer Summit (GPS), scheduled for Sept. 8-11, in Cleveland, Ohio.
At GPS 2025, Cimcorp will spotlight Dream Factory, its tire automation system designed to enhance efficiency, productivity and plant agility.
The company, which entered the EV battery market in April 2025 and demonstrated its Dreamfield end-to-end grocery warehousing offering at ProMat 2025, will also participate in a panel discussion at GPS 2025 titled “Trends in Tire Machinery: Meeting the Moment with Innovation.”
The Global Polymer Summit is the largest tire and rubber industry event in North America, following the merger of the International Elastomer Conference (IEC) and the International Tire Exposition & Conference (ITEC).
The inaugural event will bring together professionals from around the world to discover the latest innovations and trends in the tire, rubber, and elastomer industries. Cimcorp said it will be on site to demonstrate how Dream Factory is helping leading tire manufacturers optimize production and modernize their operations.
"Since its launch 15 years ago, Dream Factory has set the standard for intelligent automation in tire manufacturing,” said Don Heelis, global tire sales manager, Cimcorp. “As the industry evolves with rising customer expectations and ongoing market shifts, Dream Factory gives tire makers the foundation they need to stay competitive. Our solution delivers the flexibility and scalability to build smarter, more resilient plants that can adapt to change, meet demand and perform at a high level, 24/7.”
Cimcorp said Dream Factory connects the entire tire production process, from raw material receipt to finished goods loading, into one coordinated, intelligent system.
Combining robotic handling, integrated material flow and real-time data visibility, Dream Factory gives tire manufacturers complete control over plant performance. The company said its modular design supports both greenfield and brownfield facilities, while its software provides the insights needed to eliminate bottlenecks, enhance traceability and adapt to shifting production demands.
