InOrbit Adds Total Support for Comprehensive Remote Robot Operations

InOrbit said Total Support provides select customers with additional tools for InOribit’s RobOps platform.

With Total Support, customers can get remote incident management and data-driven insights from a team of expert "roboteers" to optimize robot deployments and deliver improved uptime and performance.

InOrbit Inc., a provider of cloud-based robot operations, or RobOps, software, today announced an expansion to its support packages with the introduction of the Total Support bundle.

The Mountain View, Calif.-based company is offering the enterprise-tier package with the Enterprise Edition of its RobOps platform. It said the bundle is designed to meet the needs of robot developers as well as enterprise companies deploying rapidly growing, multi-site, or multi-vendor robot fleets.

Total Support is suitable for qualified InOrbit users that need the highest level of support and who are looking for a comprehensive way to remotely manage active robot fleets, added the company. It can be especially valuable for those who may have limited experience managing the complexities of a Robot Operations Center (ROC), or who are looking for a scalable, 24x7, fully-managed solution to drive mission-critical robot applications.
