Doosan Robotics, a global provider of high-payload collaborative robots (cobots), will demonstrate the versatility and wide range of applications of its cobots at PACK Expo 2024.

PACK EXPO 2024 is at Chicago’s McCormick Place Convention Center November 3-6.

Doosan cobots on display at eight partner booths

At PACK, Doosan will present its various cobot offerings at several partner booths, highlighting the technology's versatility and transformative impact on the packaging industry.

Various Doosan collaborative robots will be on display at the following partner booths:

Aagard (Booth: S-2796): Featuring the P-SERIES cobot (P3020) for palletizing tasks.
beRobox (Booth: LU-7856): Highlighting palletizing options with the P3020, showcasing Doosan’s 66 lb payload and 6-foot reach.
CMES Robotics (Booth: N-5378): Presenting AI-powered palletizing and depalletizing offerings with the H-SERIES cobot, emphasizing the robot’s advanced capabilities in handling pallets.
CT Pack USA in partnership with AAA20 (Booth: N-5647): Highlighting the P3020, handling 66 lbs film reels - triple the weight lifted by humans - to reduce manual effort and boost both productivity and safety.
Formic Technologies (Booth: N-5069): Displaying the M-SERIES cobot in a pick-and-place exhibition.
Imball S.r.L. in partnership with AAA20 (Booth: LL-9811): Showcasing an H-SERIES cobot for palletizing tasks with a 44 lb capacity capable of moving 21 boxes a minute.
ONExia (Booth: LU-7930): Featuring the A-SERIES and M-SERIES cobots in case packing and case erector demonstrations.
RND Automation (Booth: W-15091): Showcasing the M-SERIES cobot, known for its torque sensors and task handling, demonstrating various packaging applications.

Multiple high-payload cobot options from Doosan

Doosan has several options in the high-payload cobot market. The company recently introduced the first 55 lb payload cobot (H-SERIES) and now the all-new P3020, which Doosan says is the world’s most powerful cobot for palletizing.

The P3020 features a 66 lb payload, the longest reach of any cobot at 6-feet and is the company’s first 5-axis structure cobot built specifically for assisting in palletizing automation. The P3020 can palletize from floor to 6-feet high (stacking up to 10 layers of boxes approximately 8 inches tall) using its simple fixed base without a lift.
