Flexware Innovation’s LIFT orchestration platform wins 2026 Mira Tech Innovation of the Year Award

LIFT, the orchestration platform from Flexware Innovation, was named the Tech Innovation of the Year at the 2026 Mira Awards.

Systems integrator and engineering firm Flexware Innovation, a Hitachi Group Company, announced that its orchestration platform, LIFT, was honored with the Tech Innovation of the Year Award at the 2026 Mira Awards gala.

The company said that the Mira Awards are Indiana’s largest and most prestigious technology awards, and are presented by TechPoint, the Indiana Economic Development Corporation, and the state’s most innovative companies, universities, and organizations. Winners are selected by panels of founders, executives, community leaders, and subject matter experts.

LIFT orchestrates robots

Flexware Innovation said that LIFT is its orchestration platform, designed to coordinate automated vehicles - including AGVs and AMRs - across complex manufacturing environments. The company said that through robust integration, operational intelligence and visualization, LIFT ensures the right work happens at the right time, driving efficiency, reliability and smarter operations.

“This award is a testament to how effectively LIFT addresses a critical manufacturing challenge,” said Brice Bucher, vice president of products at Flexware Innovation. “As adoption of AGVs and AMRs grows, effectively orchestrating these vehicles becomes essential to achieving lights‑out automation. That’s where LIFT makes a real difference. By connecting enterprise planning with real‑time plant floor insight, LIFT ensures the right work happens at the right time.”

The company said that Mira’s Tech Innovation of the Year Award recognizes technology R&D and product development efforts that advance breakthrough products, with the potential to significantly impact a product category or an entire industry.

“Their approach combines strong technical innovation with an experienced development team and a disciplined process that ensures reliability, scalability and real-world adoption,” said the Mira judges. “Flexware’s ability to pair deep engineering expertise with practical, on-the-ground execution made them the clear choice for Tech Innovation of the Year.”
