FUCHS Lubricants Co. said that it will showcase its advanced cutting fluid offerings at IMTS 2026 in Chicago.

Independent lubricant manufacturer FUCHS Lubricants Co. said that it will bring its advanced metalworking expertise to IMTS 2026, September 14-19 in Chicago.

The company said the IMTS booth will highlight its high-performance metalworking and cutting fluids designed to help aerospace, defense, automotive, off-road equipment, energy, medical, consumer-product and contract-manufacturing operations improve productivity, control operating costs and address evolving health, safety and chemical requirements in machining environments.

FUCHS said that leading its IMTS showcase will be ECOCOOL GLOBAL 1000, an aerospace-grade, water-miscible cutting and grinding fluid engineered for high-performance machining. Based on patented technology, the company said that its fluid delivers advanced lubricity, cooling and foam control for difficult-to-machine materials, including titanium, nickel-based alloys, aluminum, stainless steel and steel.

The company said that ECOCOOL GLOBAL 1000 is a multifunctional offering for drilling, turning, milling, threading and grinding operations. FUCHS said that its specialized lubricity package helps support high metal removal rates, extended tool life and strong surface finish performance, particularly in titanium and nickel-based alloy machining. The company added that the fluid also provides low foam formation, high-pressure stability, effective wetting and rinsing properties, long bath life and compatibility with a broad range of water hardness levels.

FUCHS Lubricants said that ECOCOOL GLOBAL 1000 is formulated to address demanding machining, health, safety and chemical requirements, and is free of boron, secondary amines, formaldehyde-releasing biocides, MEA and silicon. The company said that it meets chemical registry requirements in the world’s top 19 industrialized economies and supports globally consistent operations with one formula available around the world.

The product has approvals and conformance supporting aerospace and advanced manufacturing applications, including Airbus AIPS 00-00-010, Boeing BAC 5008 Sections 5 and 6, SAFRAN PR6300 and Rolls-Royce CSS 129/131 Category 2.

Beyond aerospace machining, FUCHS said that it will highlight metalworking and cutting-fluid offerings for aircraft, space and missile components; defense and government production; automotive and transportation parts; agricultural, construction and off-road equipment; energy exploration and power-generation equipment; consumer products and appliances; medical and dental components; and the varied production needs of machine shops and contract manufacturers.
