At MODEX 2026, Datalogic will introduce four next-generation technologies for improved efficiency, traceability and safety in support of higher performance logistics and warehousing operations
At MODEX 2026, Datalogic will present a new generation of products and technologies that the company said are designed to transform logistics operations, providing a vital boost to courier services, transportation companies, third-party logistics (3PL) providers, distribution centers and manufacturing environments.
As supply chains accelerate and volumes continue to rise, Datalogic said that logistics and warehouse operators require technologies that integrate identification, mobility, automation and safety into a single operational ecosystem.
At MODEX, Datalogic said that it will present a complete portfolio of technology innovations designed to improve throughput, enhance visibility and ensure reliable performance across both manual and automated logistics workflows.
Datalogic said that MODEX 2026 serves as the company’s global launch of its next-generation mobile computers for warehouse operators across the retail, manufacturing, and transport & logistics sectors: the Falcon X60/X65 and Skorpio X40/X45.
The company said that the Falcon X60/X65 represents a return of one its most iconic platforms, redesigned for today’s scan-intensive warehouse environments. Developed for demanding conditions and continuous operation, Datalogic said that Falcon combines long-range data capture performance, advanced wireless capabilities and exceptional durability.
Datalogic is introducing the Skorpio X40/X45, which the company said brings a new level of agility to warehouse operations. Compact, ergonomic and optimized for high-frequency scanning, Datalogic said that the device enables workers to perform picking, verification and replenishment tasks with greater speed and comfort. Designed for all-day use, the company said that Skorpio reduces operator fatigue while ensuring consistent performance across every shift.
Additionally, at MODEX 2026, Datalogic is highlighting its newest technologies for high-speed parcel handling and conveyor-based logistics, including the premiere of the Matrix 830/930 image readers.
Engineered to maximize throughput, Datalogic said that Matrix 830/930 represents a landmark innovation in large-area conveyor scanning. By blending advanced imaging technology with streamlined deployment, the company said that the Matrix readers deliver reliable identification and high-quality image capture, even at the highest conveyor speeds.
Datalogic said that Matrix 830/930 users can expand parcel processing capacity, increase operational continuity and ease system integration across modern distribution centers and sorting hubs.
Via Datasensing, Datalogic will also unveil the SLS 10m at MODEX 2026. The company said that it is the only safety laser scanner in the world capable of reaching a detection range of up to ten meters, an unprecedented benchmark for automated pallet handling and intralogistics.
Datalogic said that this detection coverage redefines operator safety and enables reliable automated operations across conveyors, robotic cells, palletizers and AGVs.
