Regal Rexnord will showcase Perceptiv's Intelligent Reliability technologies as part of its MODEX 2026 display.

At MODEX 2026 in Atlanta, power generation and transmission components, as well as electric motor and controller manufacturer Regal Rexnord, announced that it will showcase end-to-end smart-factory offerings that drive efficiency and productivity for the distribution, warehousing and material handling industries.

Regal Rexnord said that it will highlight how customers can simplify the complex and accelerate the possible through standard and customized offerings at MODEX 2026, with components that integrate seamlessly into modern warehouses.

The company said that visitors to its booth will experience the automation possibilities that can be brought into their facilities.

Regal Rexnord will showcase how its technologies, via large-scale conveying, collaborative 7th axis and AGV demonstrations, address common material handling and warehouse distribution challenges, such as AI and automation integration into existing lines, managing workforce demands, increasing safety and identifying cost savings.

“Modern warehouses are faced with a shrinking labor pool and SKU proliferation. They are seeking new technologies to increase production and operational flexibility, while looking for ways to reduce costs,” said Todd Jedelsky, intralogistics business unit manager at Regal Rexnord. “Regal Rexnord partners with our customers to meet them where they are on their automation journey with solutions that help solve these challenges. At MODEX 2026, we hope to showcase how our engineering expertise and extensive portfolio work together to elevate smart factory performance.”

The company highlighted the following technologies that they will display at MODEX 2026:

  • Electric braking technologies from Warner Electric, including:
    • Integrated Position Brake (IPB), which enables space optimization, improved performance and simplified system design
    • EDI Spring-Applied brake, with dual-voltage coil specifically engineered to reduce power consumption.
  • Data-driven, AI-integrated monitoring offerings from:
    • Perceptiv Intelligent Reliability and Kollmorgen NDC that provide real-time warehouse visibility and analytics
  • Improve asset utilization and optimize existing workforces with:
    • Thomson Linear Motion 7th axis cobot transfer unit (CTU)
    • Kollmorgen AGVs
    • ModSort Divert and Transfer Modules
  • Bauer Gear Motor Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motors (PMSM), Sealmaster bearings and Rexnord RexPro leaf chain
    • All engineered for extended maintenance intervals, reducing the need for frequent maintenance team oversight
