Sodexo, a global leader in quality-of-life services, is expanding its partnership with Bear Robotics, the Silicon Valley indoor self-driving service robots company, in the healthcare sector.

By integrating technology with human-centric care, Sodexo and Bear Robotics hope to improve healthcare services.

Juan Higueros, co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of Bear Robotics, said, “In partnership with Sodexo, we will be enhancing the future of work for healthcare professionals and maximizing the value of their time with patients through seamless integration of technology and efficiency.”

“The ability of these robots to navigate complex indoor environments with precision and reliability is remarkable and we are thrilled to explore the efficiencies in operations that will result,” said Molly Matthews, CEO Sodexo Healthcare & Seniors U.S.

There are pilots of the technology in the United States slated for 2024.
