Dexterous manipulation has been particularly challenging for robotics developers and suppliers. Advances in machine vision, machine learning, motion control, and end-of-arm tooling are allowing robots to more accurately pick mixed items in varied orientations.

Over the course of his career, Williams has worked at a wide range of companies, from startups to Fortune 500, including SSI Schaefer, Vanderlande, and DHL. Most recently, he served as chief revenue officer at Attabotics, a warehouse automation startup, where he was responsible for leading business development, sales, marketing, and systems engineering. Williams holds a BBA in international business from the University of Georgia.
