Automate 2026: Bosch Rexroth to showcase conveyance, linear technology and control systems

Bosch Rexroth will showcase its portfolio of linear motion and control technology at Automate 2026 in Chicago.

Drive and control technology provider Bosch Rexroth will exhibit its diverse factory automation technologies during Automate 2026 in Chicago.

As manufacturing continues to transition to a more automated environment via advanced, modern technology, the company said that its diverse portfolio provides a full range of technologies that encompass high-end components, digital engineering tools, and conveyance and control systems.

Bosch Rexroth at Automate 2026

Bosch Rexroth provided the following details of its Automate 2026 booth, and the technologies it will demonstrate in Chicago:

  • Comprehensive conveyance
    • Bosch Rexroth’s TS conveyors will be on display, which are being utilized across a variety of industry verticals and applications, including the new TS 7plus, which the company said is the first conveyor capable of transporting payloads up to 3,000kg. Both the TS 2plus and TS 7plus are built on Bosch Rexroth’s aluminum framing.
  • Complete control
    • Visitors to the Bosch Rexroth booth will also see the complete ctrlX AUTOMATION offerings, including a cabinet-free display of ctrlX DRIVE, as well as the ctrlX CORE controller, and Bosch Rexroth’s high-speed smart conveyance offering, ctrlX FLOW HS. Additionally, the company said that it will showcase ctrlX OS and its ability to integrate advanced technologies through an app-based ecosystem. By using applications from Bosch Rexroth and industry partners, along with edge hardware capable of AI acceleration, the company said that its Automate demo illustrates how ctrlX OS simplifies the integration of modern robotics and AI-driven vision systems.
  • Looking linear
    • Among the linear technology elements on display will be an interactive hologram showcasing Bosch Rexroth’s complete catalog of linear motion components, including screws, bearings and linear modules. There will also be a Cartesian robot and a Smart Function Kit for Pressing demo, where visitors can see how components are utilized within an automated pressing application. Additionally, the company said that a touch table at the center of the booth will feature a factory automation display where attendees can engage and further learn how Bosch Rexroth serves a variety of factory automation needs.
