Embark Trucks recently announced that it has expanded its footprint and has setup operations in Dallas, El Paso, Texas, Atlanta, and Jacksonville, Flordia, reported the publication Freight Waves. It already had facilities in Arizona, California and Arizona, the publication said.

In August, Embark teamed up with the Texas Department of Public Safety and Travis County Sheriff’s Office to showcase the safety benefits of its technology.

Embark Trucks was founded in 2016 and is based in Mountain View Calif. In June 2022, the company raised $164 million as part of a special-purpose acquisition company (SPAC) merger.

Robotics companies working on autonomous trucks continue to take on new partnerships as they develop their technologies.
