NūBotik MixPal is a robotic mixed SKU palletizing offering designed and engineered by NūMove Robotics & Vision. This palletizer, powered by the NūLogik proprietary software for appliance hosting, can achieve rates of up to 800 products per hour with only one robot. It’s tailored for mid-sized and large warehouses and distribution centers. Additional units can be added as customer demand grows, and the system’s compact footprint facilitates its installation almost anywhere. This robotic system builds stable and store-ready mixed pallets using advanced cubing software to optimize the loads. It considers various stacking rules such as product type, dimensions, density, weight and crushability, all while ensuring compliance with store constraints (aisle-ready). The pallet handling process is fully automated, and NūMove’s peripheral equipment is designed to accommodate various pallet types, including CHEP, PECO, GMA and several plastic ones.
