Silicon Valley robotics startup Dexmate announced Vega, an advanced mobile robot designed to revolutionize manufacturing, warehousing and logistics operations. In response to critical industry challenges such as labor shortages, rising costs and demands for round-the-clock operations, Vega offers an innovative offering that combines mobility, dexterity and AI. Founded by leading roboticists and AI experts from MIT and UCSD, Dexmate brings together decades of expertise in dexterous robot manipulation. Key features of Vega include its dual-arm design with advanced, dexterous hands and a foldable torso for easy transport and deployment.
