The new PopPick Lite Workstation from Geekplus is an integral component of the company’s Shelf-to-Person system. It is designed to streamline the ‘Shelf-to-Person’ picking process. Engineered for flexibility, efficiency and cost-effectiveness, PopPick Lite boasts a streamlined and minimalist design without compromising on functionality. It is engineered to be compatible with both the P800 and P1200 robot series, providing flexibility tailored to diverse operation requirements. PopPick Lite introduces the ‘rack-following’ feature that allows robots to deliver racks one by one directly to the workstation, enabling continuous shelf rotation and accommodating a variety of goods. This eliminates the need for workers to traverse the warehouse in search of items. Instead, they can remain at their PopPick Lite station, where they can pick items directly from the totes with optimal efficiency. Designed with three operational zones, the PopPick Lite Workstation enables a single worker to simultaneously manage multiple tasks from a fixed position, substantially enhancing productivity.
