ProMat 2025: Mobile robots, robot arms, ASRS and more on display

The iWAREHOUSE ObjectSense Detection & Notification System (iW.ObjectSense) from Raymond is one of several technologies that can be layered onto forklifts to create a fleet of smart trucks that help optimize use of equipment, labor and data. The iW.ObjectSense alerts operators of objects in their path while traveling in the tractor-first direction. It can be configured for controlled slowdown or complete stop functionality, ensuring operators remain in full control of their lift trucks at all times. The system’s field of detection dynamically adjusts with a lift truck’s speed, lengthening or shortening as speeds change for optimum performance. The detection field shape dynamically adjusts as a lift truck’s steer angle changes, recognizing objects more effectively by anticipating and evaluating the projected travel path. The iW.ObjectSense is available on new Raymond models or as a retrofit option on existing lift trucks. It’s also part of the iWAREHOUSE Intelligent Warehouse Solutions suite, which helps businesses optimize operational efficiency. The Raymond Corporation, Booths S1703, S1903
