Aurora to Enter $1B SPAC Merger for Autonomous Trucks

​Pittsburgh-based Aurora Innovation has been working on SAE Level 4 autonomous trucks and plans to eventually expand to last-mile delivery and ride-hailing services. It will raise $1 billion in the deal with SPAC Reinvent Technology Partners Y and be publicly traded in the second half of this year.
