Despite its name, CES has increasingly showcased technologies for commercial applications. Sony’s new Airpeak drone, which is designed for professional photography, is a good example. The company has previously produced cameras, but not unmanned aerial systems.

Airpeak can carry payloads including the Alpha mirrorless camera. It is the smallest drone that can be equipped with that system, said Sony.
