Addverb Technologies is at Manifest 2023 this week in Las Vegas, showcasing its range of automated systems designed for warehouses and other industrial settings.
The Noida, India-based company's lineup of products include autonomous mobile robots (AMR), automated storage and retrieval systems (ASRS), and picking technologies. The company claimed that its products can help customers improve their overall efficiency by up to 300%.
“Addverb's fleet of automated robots, material handling technologies, and software solutions comprising an extensive portfolio of fixed and flexible automation solutions, help improve the performance and accuracy of warehouse and factory operations,” the company said today in a press release.
More than 3,000 people are expected to attend the supply chain and logistics trade show this week, including representatives from Walmart, Amazon, IKEA, and Target. Some 250 industry experts will also share their insights during panel discussions and talks.
Tomorrow at 10:20 a.m. PT, Addverb Americas CEO Mark Messina will speak as part of "The Automated Micro Fulfillment & Autonomous Routing" panel. Other experts on the panel will include executives from Davinci Micro, Koch Disruptive Technologies, and Wise Systems. The session will “discuss trends in autonomous micro-fulfillment and autonomous routing,” Addverb said.
Addverb has spent the past year expanding its presence in the U.S. after Reliance Retail Ventures Ltd. invested $132 million in the company and acquired a 54% stake in it. Messina was brought on in February 2022, and since then the company has opened a research and development center in Fremont, Calif., and a U.S. corporate headquarters in Irvine, Calif.
It has also teamed up with several U.S. system integrators and contractors recently, including McMurray Stern and ABCO Systems.
"The e-commerce, grocery, and convenience industries must integrate automation to satisfy ever-more demanding customer expectations," stated Messina.
"Collaborative robots can help warehouses optimize traffic routes within the warehouse itself, prioritize picking and packing based on item type, and integrate with last-mile delivery services to ensure faster and more efficient deliveries,” he added. “In today's economy, automation just makes sense."
Manifest runs from Jan. 31 to Feb 2 at the Caesars Forum. Addverb will show its technology at Booth 107.
