From automated guided vehicles (AGVs)and robotics to automated storage and retrieval, The Raymond Corporation has intelligent intralogistics offerings for use across material handling operations.

At Automate 2025 in Detroit, show attendees can visit Raymond at Booth 3641 to learn firsthand how offerings from the company can optimize, integrate, automate and manage the logistical flow of information within a warehouse or distribution center to provide flexibility and future scalability.

Automate 2025 will take place in Detroit’s Huntington Place from May 12-15.

The virtual and at-show lineup of Raymond products for Automate includes:

Raymond Courier 3030 Automated Stacker
- The AGV provides flexibility and scalability with hybrid functionality, featuring a lift height of 72 inches and a 2,500-pound capacity, which make it ideal for pickup/drop-off at dock, end-of-aisle, end-of-line and conveyor picking applications.
Raymond Courier Automatic Charging System
- The Raymond Courier Automatic Charging System reduces time managing battery charging and maintenance.
Raymond Automated Swing-Reach Truck
- This lift truck capably navigates in-aisle and outside-the-aisle, and moves, retrieves and stores pallets reliably, accurately and autonomously.
Radioshuttle
- Radioshuttle is a semiautomated storage and retrieval system that allows for maximum use of warehouse space with high-density deep-lane storage capability. It is loaded into storage loads and, taking command from the remote control, executes orders to load or unload pallets into a lane. The lanes are then fed pallets by counterbalanced forklifts or reach trucks.
Intelligent Automation Technology
- The Remote Monitoring and Control Station offers monitoring from a remote location, notifications and manual intervention when needed.
Operator Assist Technologies
- Operator assist technologies - which operate by using multiple data sources, like lidar and voice or visual cue systems - work by guiding operators in real time and reinforcing operator training. Operator-assist technologies and order picking offerings can help organizations optimize operations, maximize labor and assist the optimization process.
iWAREHOUSE ObjectSense Detection & Notification System (iW.ObjectSense)
- A technology in Raymond’s iWAREHOUSE Intelligent Warehouse Solutions suite and launched in February 2025, iW.ObjectSense serves as a notification system that can alert forklift operators to obstructions by using audible and visual alerts while traveling in the tractor-first direction. The system also offers controlled slowdown and stopping functionalities, ensuring operators remain in full control of lift trucks at all times. iWAREHOUSE connected technologies provide smart, integrated telematics that gather valuable data and form actionable insights for continuous improvement and efficiency.
