Through an MOU effective through Feb. 2028, Dexory will deploy and integrate automation systems for Masarat Mobility Park tenants and establish its own R&D facility in the park.
AI-powered robotics provider Dexory recently signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Saudi Arabia-based Al Masarat Holdings to explore opportunities for implementing robotic systems for logistics and manufacturing within Masarat Mobility Park.
The MOU was signed during the Private Sector Forum held Feb. 12-13, which was organized by Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund (PIF).
Dexory said the MOU highlights the commitment of both organizations to drive technological advancements in Saudi Arabia’s logistics and manufacturing sectors. This collaboration aligns with PIF’s broader vision of fostering innovation and digital transformation across industries.
This partnership also aligns with Saudi Arabia’s vision to become a global hub for innovation and smart logistics, developing robotic systems to improve efficiency.
DexoryView is an AI-powered digital twin software platform that interprets data collected by the company’s telescoping autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) through cameras and sensors.
Offered through a robotics-as-a-service (RaaS) subscription model, DexoryView can help warehouse and logistics service providers perform both facility and inventory management by providing real-time inventory visibility.
Through their collaboration, the companies aim to integrate AI-powered automation and digital twin technology into supply chain operations, optimizing efficiency and advancing the logistics infrastructure at Masarat Mobility Park and the surrounding region.
The agreement, effective until February 12, 2028, outlines initiatives including:
