OPEX will exhibit its Infinity automated storage and retrieval system (AS/RS) alongside a new system being announced Monday, March 11 at 10:30 a.m. at MODEX 2024.

Automated storage and retrieval system (AS/RS) provider OPEX Corporation recently announced it will debut a new warehouse automation system at MODEX 2024 in booth B6602.

“This gathering provides an ideal forum to engage with industry thought leaders, and to demonstrate the innovative solutions in our Warehouse Automation portfolio,” said Alex Stevens, President of warehouse automation at OPEX. “We’re particularly excited to be introducing our most advanced sorting solutions yet at MODEX 2024.”

The trade show will be held March 11-14 at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta, GA.

Infinity AS/RS to be exhibited alongside new system

OPEX said it will debut its newest innovations in automated sortation technology at the show. The company will unveil its latest technology at its booth during a press conference Monday, March 11 at 10:30 a.m. Demonstrations of the new product will occur throughout the show.

In addition to new systems, OPEX will exhibit its Infinity AS/RS, which was introduced at MODEX 2022. The company said Infinity was designed to reduce labor challenges, drive order accuracy, maximize existing space, and scale to meet demand by featuring storage density, configurability, and flexibility. The goods-to-person automation system is intended for omnichannel distribution, store replenishment, micro-fulfillment, and ecommerce.

Additionally, OPEX will host a presentation titled “The Future of Sortation,” Tuesday, March 12, from 2:30 to 3:25 p.m. in the Emerging Technologies Theater.
