ProGlove releases Warehouse 360 analytics tool for real-time warehouse insights

ProGlove

ProGlove released Warehouse 360, an AI-powered advanced data analytics tool to provide real-time warehouse insights coupled with the company's wearable scanning technology.

ProGlove, a global developer of wearable scanning technology for enhancing human-centered productivity, has introduced Warehouse 360, an advanced analytics tool designed to provide warehouse leaders with real-time insights and further visibility into shopfloor operations.

The release was available for demonstrations at NRF 2025 in New York City.

Multi-purpose tool for warehouse analysis

For years, ProGlove said single-purpose tools have been a mainstay of supply chain and distribution center operations. While effective for specific tasks, these tools often operate in isolation, making it difficult to gain a unified view of operations. Fully migrating to a single platform isn’t always the most practical answer to this challenge.

By utilizing advanced artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities, ProGlove said Warehouse 360 transforms fragmented and complex data into actionable insights. It consolidates and analyzes information from previously hard-to-reach sources - such as warehouse layout, workload distribution (including tasks managed by WMS, and tracked within the system’s task logs), and movement patterns captured by ProGlove’s wearable scanning devices.

“With Warehouse 360, we’re equipping warehouse staff with the tools to work smarter and safer while providing leaders with the visibility they need to effectively support their teams,” said Stefan Lampa, CEO of ProGlove.

By addressing inefficiencies and optimizing workflows, we’re fostering environments where staff can perform at their best – enhancing both productivity and workplace satisfaction.”

Through this AI-driven integration, ProGlove said the platform provides decision-makers with a unified perspective to identify opportunities for optimizing workflows, boosting productivity or improving space utilization in real time.

Warehouse 360 expands ProGlove’s portfolio of data-driven and plug-and-play offerings in warehouse scanning. While traditional metrics often focus on basic throughput or pick accuracy, Warehouse 360 goes deeper by tracking advanced performance indicators like workflow execution, workload distribution and task-level efficiency.

It also identifies insights in real-time, such as operational bottlenecks and congestion points, giving warehouse leaders the actionable intelligence needed to streamline processes and reduce downtime, without requiring overhauls to their current systems.

Warehouse 360 features

ProGlove highlighted the following features of its new data analytics tool:

  • Real-time visibility to resolve bottlenecks immediately: Warehouse 360 identifies issues including workflow bottlenecks, storage errors, and resource imbalances, helping operations run smoothly and without disruptions. ProGlove said that early adopters of Warehouse 360 reported measurable productivity gains of at least 5% by using real-time insights to address challenges proactively.
  • Optimized shopfloor layout and picking routes: With rising rents and surging e-commerce demand, maximizing shopfloor space is more critical than ever. Warehouse 360 uses precise analytics to pinpoint congestion zones, frequently picked items and walking patterns, allowing managers to redesign layouts and optimize item placement. These adjustments improve efficiency, create safer workflows and make better use of available space.
  • Enhanced safety and ergonomics: Warehouse 360 highlights areas of excessive strain, such as improperly shelved items that are too high or too low, uneven workloads and congestion, enabling proactive measures to reduce risks to staff. By minimizing unnecessary movement and balancing task distribution, the platform supports worker well-being, reduces fatigue and lowers the likelihood of injuries - all contributing to a safer, more ergonomic workplace.

Easy integration and immediate impact: Warehouse 360 integrates with ProGlove’s wearable scanning devices and its analytics platform, requiring no extensive IT overhauls or changes to existing WMSes. This rapid implementation ensures businesses, from small-scale operations to large warehouses, can quickly adapt and achieve results without disrupting workflows.
