ProMat 2025: Peak Technologies to showcase supply chain and automation technologies

Peak Technologies

The Peak Technologies' Double Tower for enhanced loading dock warehouse operations, is part of the company's portfolio that will be highlighted at ProMat 2025 in Chicago.

Maryland-based Peak Technologies, a provider of automated supply chain and mobile workforce offerings, will exhibit a broad range of its technologies and analytical tools at ProMat 2025 in Booth S441. Peak will offer exhibits and demonstrations of its technologies and automation systems engineered to enable new levels of productivity and flexibility in supply chain-driven industries.

The trade show will be held March 17-20 at the McCormick Place Convention Center in Chicago, Ill.

AI, RFID and machine vision on display at ProMat

Peak Technologies staff will help ProMat attendees learn how smart technologies and analytics provide real-time data to drive improved efficiency and optimize workforce performance, which Peak said helps companies be more agile and competitive.

Application areas that will be highlighted in the Peak booth include:

  • Real-time analytics with Agentic AI: Image-recognition software provides immediate, actionable insights and allows for proactive, autonomous decision-making, free from human bias or lapses.
  • Data automation: Advanced mobile computing, wearable devices, and vision- or voice-directed workflows improve focus, validate tasks and reduce the likelihood of skipping steps or misinterpreting instructions.
  • Real-time tracking: RFID and RTLS offerings locate assets, decrease misplaced items, trigger theft alerts and eliminate time-consuming manual checks.
  • Machine-vision automation: Control quality, detect defects and recognize patterns with a precision that humans can’t consistently achieve through machine vision.
  • Machine deep learning: Process and analyze vast data sets, identify patterns and anomalies that humans might overlook, and continuously improve through experience with deep learning capabilities.
  • IoT offerings: Monitor operations, provide instant anomaly detection alerts, predict maintenance and equipment failures and needs with IoT integration.
  • Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs): Perform repetitive human actions like picking, sorting, and transporting goods without fatigue, distractions or errors with AMRs.
  • Wearable robotics: Reduce fatigue, injuries and improve performance for your hardworking humans with powered, load-reducing exosuits.
  • Warehouse rack labels, signage & more: Improve warehouse visibility and productivity with bold signage, labeling, floor striping and more from DASKO Label - a Peak Technologies brand. Meet OSHA guidelines and create custom warehouse signage tailored to your workflow and needs.

Peak also said it will demonstrate connected supply chain offerings with RFID partner Xemelgo at Zebra Technologies’ Booth S637. This demo will show attendees how RFID can track customer orders from incoming goods to outbound shipments to improve accuracy, save time and reduce errors.
