Frameless motors, 3X Motion’s own R&D products, are BLDC frameless actuators featuring high torque density, packing power into a compact space, while minimizing friction-induced power losses and ensuring noise. With low cogging torque, these products provide smooth rotation without jerkiness. These motors range from 28-115 mm, have a rated torque range of 0.03-7.8 N.m and a rated powered range of 30-600 W. 3X Motion’s motors connect directly to the system and come with built-in connections to reduce the overall size and optimize performance.
