Prior to joining Cyngn, Ben was Head of Product and Business Development at DeepScale, an artificial intelligence software startup that was acquired by Tesla. Prior to DeepScale, Ben managed an automotive semiconductor product line with over $100 million in annual revenues as Senior Business Manager at Maxim Integrated. Ben holds an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley Haas School of Business and a BS in electrical engineering from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.

James has over 9 years of experience in the industrial automation engineering space. He has extensive knowledge of automation technologies, including robotics, vision, and controls. Currently, James is the expert in collaborative robots and vision technology at the Proof of Concept Center located in the Omron headquarters office. He is passionate about solving customer challenges by transforming design concepts into real automation solutions as well as providing additional support for regional field engineers.

Tom leads initiatives in marketing, product strategy and competitive analysis. Tom has played a pivotal role at Ouster in driving over 500% revenue growth. His 15 year career began at renowned tech unicorns, namely Rubrik and Pubmatic, where he honed his skills in product marketing and product management. He holds an undergraduate degree from Stanford University and an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
