Drone as a Service
Drone as a Service (DaaS) said its drone inspection services improve safety conditions for construction and insurance organizations.
Drone-based roof survey services company Drone as a Service (DaaS) said that its drone technology delivers safer, faster and more accurate data for multiple industries.
DaaS deploys drone-based roof survey and inspection services for construction, property management and insurance claims process in urban and industrial regions, primarily in the Pacific Northwest region of the U.S.
The traditional ways of roof inspection, which often involve ladders, scaffolding, or manual access, expose the staff to safety hazards and can delay project completion.
Drone as a Service said it tackles these occupational hazards using advanced drone technology integrated with a 4K camera that can efficiently record and capture high-resolution aerial data.
“This acquisition allows us to accelerate innovation and operational efficiency in inspection and survey applications across these industries,” said a Zenatech spokesperson following its acquisition of DaaS in late 2025.
By capitalizing on advanced drone technology, DaaS said it is transforming traditional inspection methods, providing precise roof condition data while eliminating safety risks and reducing operational timelines.
DaaS said its drones are integrated with ultramodern UAV capabilities, consisting of 4K HD imaging, lidar and multispectral analysis.
These upgraded drone additions enable roof inspectors to:
The company said that its drone roof inspections deliver data 70% faster than physically inspecting the roof by a crew, generating reliable inspections and data-driven decision-making possibilities.
