AFORMIC
AFORMIC AMRs, powered by Qursor software, will be on display at ProMat 2025 in Chiago.
AFORMIC by AIUT, a South Carolina-based provider of automated intralogistics technologies, will showcase its latest AI-driven autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) for flexible manufacturing and warehousing at ProMat 2025 in Booth N8559.
The trade show will be held March 17-20 at the McCormick Place Convention Center in Chicago, Ill.
Powered by an advanced software suite, AFORMIC’s AMR-based offering delivers real-time decision-making, optimized material flow and adaptive route planning, ensuring efficiency in dynamic industrial environments.
AFORMIC said the automation of internal delivery processes is a key trend in intralogistics, with AMR systems revolutionizing material handling and enhancing production flexibility.
“AFORMIC delivers comprehensive intralogistics solutions by integrating robotics, cutting-edge technology, and advanced software,” said Tim Meyer, vice president of AFORMIC. “As a trusted partner within the American industry, we provide one of the most extensive fleets of AMRs, along with a powerful suite of intralogistics software applications. Our presence at ProMat 2025 is a great opportunity to showcase AFORMIC’s latest innovations and stay aligned with evolving industry needs.”
The company said AMRs need to operate smarter, safer and more efficient. AFORMIC noted that AMRs are increasingly replacing traditional forklifts in factories and warehouses. With integration into plant environments, the company said AMRs will become the key to the next stage of manufacturing optimization and cost reduction.
“It's not just about automating point-to-point deliveries,” Meyer added. “For example, AFORMIC's AMR platform automates the delivery of goods to the production line, becoming an integral part of the main process. We ensure deep integration of our solution with plant systems, enabling real-time information flow. This use of autonomous mobile robots allows manufacturers to create flexible production scenarios and reduce downtime.”
The AFORMIC offering features Qursor, an AI-powered integrated software management system, along with customized, next-generation F-series AMRs.
“Our solution is an advanced autonomous intralogistics system designed for end-to-end management of logistics operations - including non-robotized tasks,” Meyer said. “It combines AIUT’s Qursor platform with a fleet of AMR/AGV mobile robots, all operating based on real-time analysis of factory processes, without requiring constant human supervision.”
Qursor uses AI protocols and natural navigation technologies, enabling integration with any Manufacturing Execution System (MES) or Warehouse Management System (WMS). It continuously analyzes the dynamic factory environment, monitors the task hierarchy assigned by higher-level systems, and adapts to sudden production demands. The company said the system results in zero downtime and significantly enhanced operational efficiency.
