Porter is Ocado Intelligent Automation’s newest AMR designed specifically for large-payload workflows that have traditionally relied on manual forklifts and high labor effort. Porter is purpose-built to automate pallet and cage handling tasks including cross-docking, putaway, inventory moves, case picking and piece picking. With its 1,500 kg (3,300 lb) payload capacity, compatibility with all pallet types and the ability to lift directly from the floor - even in back-to-back pallet fields - Porter brings a new level of flexibility to facilities with constrained layouts or mixed inventory profiles.
