Berkshire Grey on Feb. 24 said it was merging with Revolution Acceleration Acquisition Corp., and the $413 million SPAC deal will bring its post-transaction valuation to $2.7 billion. CEVA Logistics is deploying Berkshire Grey’s Robotic Product Sortation and Identification system at its Vancouver distribution center to process more than 5.5 million packages annually.
