8. Berkshire Grey enters $413M SPAC merger

Berkshire Grey on Feb. 24 said it was merging with Revolution Acceleration Acquisition Corp., and the $413 million SPAC deal will bring its post-transaction valuation to $2.7 billion. The Bedford, Mass.-based company offers AI-based software and hardware to help automate warehouses and fulfillment centers. CEVA Logistics is deploying Berkshire Grey’s Robotic Product Sortation and Identification system at its Vancouver distribution center to process more than 5.5 million packages annually.
