Scott Technology will launch its AccuTable smart palletizing to the North American market at PACK Expo 2025 in Las Vegas.
Robotic automation systems provider Scott Technology announced it will bring its AccuTable system to North America, which the company said marks a bold step forward in how CPG manufacturers approach end-of-line automation.
At PACK Expo 2025, Scott Technology will spotlight how AccuTable helps tackle the most urgent operational challenges: labor shortages, increasingly complex product lines, temperature-controlled environments and the ongoing pressure to do more with less space.
PACK Expo is September 29-October 1 at the Las Vegas Convention Center.
Scott Technology said that Accutable, which is already trusted by leading manufacturers across Europe, brings a smoother, smarter flow to fast-paced production lines.
It combines advanced accumulation and intelligent control in one compact platform, reducing system footprint, optimizing material handling and accelerating load delivery to palletizers and making them significantly more efficient.
“North American manufacturers are navigating a convergence of pressures; reshoring, labor shortages, limited floorspace and increasingly complex product lines driven by shifting consumer demands,” said Mike Christman, CEO of Scott Technology. “AccuTable was purpose-built for this reality. It gives producers the flexibility to adapt, the efficiency to scale and the intelligence to futureproof their end-of-line - not just for today’s challenges, but for tomorrow’s opportunities. We’ve seen it succeed in Europe’s toughest CPG environments, and with its introduction here, we’re proud to support the revitalization of domestic manufacturing in North America.”
Thanks to its sliding - not lifting - design and centralized controls, Scott Technology said that CPG manufacturers using AccuTable have reported up to 10% improvements in overall efficiency, reduced floor space requirements through vertical optimization, and reliable performance in environments as cold as -13°F (-25°C).
Scott Technology said the system can be further enhanced with Maestro+, the company’s software that simplifies system control, collects valuable production data and integrates easily with existing warehouse management systems.
Scott Technology will showcase AccuTable at PACK Expo through video demonstrations and real-world performance footage, illustrating the system’s capabilities in high-throughput manufacturing environments.
In addition, Scott will feature physical displays from its broader Material Handling & Logistics (MHL) product ecosystem, including the newly launched NexBot Automated Guided Vehicle and a high-efficiency inline case turner. Scott said the exhibit will demonstrate how manufacturers can overcome operational bottlenecks and achieve scalable transformation - without the need for costly infrastructure upgrades.
