10 humanoid robot companies preparing for commercial deployment

In Feb. 2025, AI and robotics startup Humanoid published a video of its HMND 01 general-purpose humanoid robot in action. The U.K.-based company aims to develop commercially scalable and safe humanoid robots. The HMND 01 features modular hardware and software, as well as a range of interchangeable garments to protect the robot and its working environment. Humanoid said applications for its robot include retail, manufacturing, and supply chain use cases such as materials handling, picking, packing, and kitting.
