Standard Robots launched the SUNRISE-1200E Extensible Pallet Mover, specifically designed for linear pallet goods transportation to optimize factory intralogistics. The SUNRISE-1200E is flexible with a minimal passable aisle of 1250mm, which the company said outperforms traditional pallet jacks and trucks to reduce space constraints. With a maximum payload of 1200kg, it efficiently handles intensive logistics tasks, including material receiving, dispatching, order fulfillment and end-of-line handling. It is equipped with front and rear dual-diagonal navigation and obstacle avoidance lidar, obstacle avoidance visual sensors and ToF sensors, ensuring comprehensive protection. Powered by Standard Robots’ self-developed full-domain SLAM navigation algorithm, controller and software system (RoboVerse), the SUNRISE-1200E operates stably in various types of factories and complex working environments. It achieves a maximum positioning accuracy of ±5mm and supports open API interfaces, enabling flexible integration with customers’ existing systems for seamless workflow connectivity.
