The automated counterbalanced stacker is the latest addition to the Yale Relay automated lift truck platform. It can handle loads up to 3,300 pounds and reach lift heights of approximately 13 feet, with the ability to accommodate the majority of industrial pallet types and weights. This model enables warehouses to automate put away and retrieval tasks with minimal infrastructure or workflow changes, including in staging lanes, from conveyors and in some low- to mid-level racking applications. The counterbalanced stacker enables users to create configurable pallet placements and manage pallet locations without the requirement of WMS integration. The portal also supports those looking to maximize throughput via WMS or PLC connectivity. This integration capability enables facilities to deploy automation while maintaining flexibility as their layouts or evolve or as throughput demands change.
